Maintenance: Groundskeeper (Floater between multiple properties)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to take care of the landscaping around our apartment communities. Our goal is to train the ideal candidate so that they can advance from within our company to be capable of completing other maintenance tasks which would result in a much higher pay scale. Our maintenance techs are experts in various trades ranging from carpentry to HVAC and are willing and able to teach these skills to the right candidate if they show that they are a hard worker.

Groundskeeper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pressure Washing

• General landscaping tasks such as spreading rock, trimming bushes, and weeding

• Pool Maintenance

• Picking up trash on property to keep property looking great

• Other misc. labor such as assisting maintenance techs with various trades.

Groundskeeper Requirements and Qualifications:

• We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Must be a hard worker.

• Previous physical labor experience is preferred.

Salary: starting at $16.00 per hour
